Our villa’s large open area is perfect for alfresco dining or activities such as yoga, massage or games of cricket. This feature is one of the main reasons guests choose to organise weddings, birthday parties, family reunions and events at Ambalama Sri Lanka.

We have just arrived back from a 11 day holiday at Villa Ambalama. I am actually worried about how to do it justice! I have travelled extensively, and with extravagance, and I don’t hesitate in saying this was one of the most special times I have ever had. The villa is very thoughtfully planned and incredibly comfortable – wonderful art, amazing warm (warm!) pool, all you can hear is undulating waves. The team was unstinting in their efforts to make it perfect, and the food was always incredible. We saw turtles laying, baby turtles hatching, numerous technicolour sunsets, my 4 year old son learned to stand up surf, we went on an elephant… You won’t regret going here, for a minute. We are planning 2016!
