Tripadvisor Reviews

What Can I say: beautifully carved architecture combined with spot-on staff service! Tranquility at it's best! The villa is so beautiful and functional. Provides privacy when you need and at the same time, lots of space for you to hang out with your loved ones. I couldn't praise enough this place. I so much loved my time here that I'll will be coming back in a months time.

The one thing that really sets this villa aside is the staff, the service is outstanding, they are barely visible making you feel like you have the place to yourself, however they are always there when you need them. Ayu and the rest of the staff have made the entire stay very memorable and incredibly relaxing.

Paradise is a much overused word but Ambalama is indeed a paradise. The invitation extended by the beautifully designed website manages somehow to fall short as it attempts to say: Welcome to Heaven on Earth. With Balinese style, the well thought out neo-modernist architecture respectfully divides the earthly from the divine and the public from the private. Giant wooden louvred screens, columns of stone and wood, pavements and platforms, courtyards and terraces all conspire to echo the surrounding landscapes and to reveal fresh perspectives that suggest the mood of paradise.
