Ambalama villa is set on 5,900m² of landscaped land with views of rice paddies, distant volcanoes and the sea. The beautifully manicured lawns are ideal for hosting grand events or intimate private BBQ’s. Recently we have planted a micro forest – Bali’s largest and most diverse with 1000 trees and 100 species all endemic to Bali. Each Guest Villa has a unique private timbered deck with its own water feature.

The main pavilion includes a 25-meter infinity pool as well as a children’s pool. If you stay in the Master Villa, you can take advantage of a 9-meter infinity pool with a private sun deck.

A stunning villa overlooking paddy fields combining the very best of Bali’s style with modernity and luxury. It was a real pleasure to stay, the staff is a delight and willing to help in any way they can, always with a smile. Ayu the house manager, obliging and gentle especially with my elderly mother. Meals can be ordered to suit one’s own taste and both the local and western dishes were excellent; thank goodness for the 25m pool. After a busy day shopping in nearby Seminyak it was sheer delight to return to the tranquility and loveliness of Ambalama and we were reluctant to leave again. With views of volcanoes in the distance, tropical landscaping and the sound of waves we could not have asked for anything more.
